The Reception was great, was received well by Mariyappan Raja, I wish they used a vacutainer needle with a holder, instead of a syringe, though colour coded vacuum tubes are being used, i didn't like them pouring blood from syringe in to the tube Also please put people in shifts, this place lacks blood collection lab technician during early hours All in all the place was almost empty when i visited it twice 3 stars for not using a proper needle, every thing else the ambience and reception was good

I Visited this place for MRI scanning of Both Lumbar and Cervical Scans It took around 40Mins. I had scans at other places previously but this place is very advanced and the staff here are very polite and supportive. Through out my scan the technician Mr. Upendra Garu was next to me and took care of me. I would suggest this place for persons who are scared of MRI. Very supportive staff. Thank you to the whole staff.

Very nice place, good staff and good service MRI technician Bhupender is very helpful as im claustrophobic he was helpful to done on same without any fear and other staff from mri department are very helpful and recommended everyone to go

My friend visited this place for Mri upper arm ,I accompanied with her.She was so scared for Mri but Mr . Bhupendra who is a coordinator at Mri section was with her and gave her moral support.Really he took great care of patients.Good staff.

I visited this place for MRI. .At first I was so scared but Bhupendra , the coordinator is so supportive .He took great care of me like a brother .Without his support I would not get it tested .Thanks to Mr Bhupendra brother and Aruna diagnostics.

It was worst experience with Aruna diagnostic centre in Ameerpet, firstly we visited the yodha diagnostic centre in opposite side they said that, sir it will take 1.30hr above we have few members in queue, so that we tried in Aruna scan and diagnostic centre, in receiption they said that we have two members in queue and it will take 20 to 25 mins after that we paid the bill and we waited for 45 mins to 1hr. Verybad experience from Receptions and staff has not given a proper response when the patient was in a critical condition also they even didn't care about the patient .. very bad experience..👎 this I want you do for patients when there are even in a critical condition the Receptions staff are not available too please look into really this is too bad Vijaya is better than you service
